Little Charlie's human didn't come back home from the hospital like he was hoping she would. So now he's wondering if there is another kind and loving person who wants to enjoy his company. Although he was the "only dog" of the house for a few years, he gets along well with the two friendly small dogs at his foster home. He does prefer small dogs over large ones.
