Moxie is a large Boxer mix beauty who has lived most of her life so far with Rufus; due to unfortunate family circumstances, both of them are in need of new homes. Of course it would be great if they could stay together, but if they can find loving homes separately, that would also be a happy outcome. Moxie is young and energetic; she loves to play with her chew toys, and will even amuse herself by throwing them in the air and grabbing them. She knows the commands 'sit', 'come', and 'no'; she is smart and would learn additional obedience behaviors quickly. She is housetrained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Moxie would be a wonderful companion for an active couple or family who has previous experience with large, energetic young dogs. She has lived peacefully with a cat, and should be fine with other dogs with a proper introduction. Attention: Moxie will soon need a different foster home! Can you help her?
